real estate transactions (survey, tabulations, extracts, sales, rentals)
designing (blueprinting)
civilian constructions and authorizations for constructions
interior decorations
property administration
consultancy in bank crediting
real estate insurance (insurance for buildings of any kind)
Our commissions are as follows:
3 % + VAT for sales - purchases
between 100 %( +VAT) and 50 % (+VAT) of the monthly rental average
Administration:
15 % of the monthly rental value ( or the rentals average per month)
30 Euro/ monthly for the properties which are not rented
